What to include

The more accurate the inputs, the faster suppliers, risks and engagement format can be assessed.

Technical

Equipment description, key parameters, required configuration, standards, testing and acceptance expectations.

Commercial

Timeline, budget range, currency, payment terms, preferred supply countries and supplier restrictions.

Risks

Known banking, sanctions, logistics, warranty or service constraints.

How we assess an incoming request

The first conversation helps define the deal scale and the right engagement format.

If the supplier is not selected yet, we begin with the market and selection criteria. If a supplier already exists, the focus moves to negotiations, technical specification, warranty terms, service, spare parts and contractual risks.

For international projects, it is important to identify equipment origin, supply country, currency, banking route, timeline restrictions and any known sanctions or logistics factors early.

If payment is planned in USDT TRC20

It is better to mention the network, amount, wallet, timing and fee responsibility in the request.

We do not ask for private keys or wallet access. For route assessment, it is enough to know whether the sender has TRX, whether TRON Energy may be needed, and which document should confirm payment execution.

If the wallet has USDT but no TRX for fees, read what to do when you have USDT TRC20 but no TRX, and before sending check resources through the TronixRent calculator.
